Description

Classification of  Business Assets according to the  System Operating Framework - SOF.
Business Assets are those that contribute to the delivery of  Business Outcomes within an enterprise, as defined by the  System Operating Framework - SOF (SOF). These assets are further classified by:
1) Granularity level, based on Systemic Levels,
2) Abstraction level, according to conceptualization layers: see the  SOF - Business Resource Operating Models.
The  System Operating Framework - SOF (SOF) outlines the key relationships between these concepts, beginning with:
1 ) Capabilitys provided by Agents,
2) The Behaviors through which these Agents act and interact within their Operating Eco-Systems,
3) The produced Outcome Events that signal the delivery of value added  Outcomes that beneficiary Agents react to.
A complementary classification (SysFEAT SOF for Platform & Technology Concepts) applies the SOF framework to Platform & Technology Assets, which support  Business Assets in producing and reacting to Business Outcome Events.
